"stayed there with my friends during ateez's concert and honestly, it was a whole lot better than i expected. location wise was very near to ice bsd, which we didnt have to worry about the walking distance. i can say that it took us less than 10 mins of walk? yeah. yk how when concert ended u might wanna take gojek or grab to hotel but extremely overpriced, GIRL WALK IS THE ONLY WAY! truly recommended hehe"

"umm i would say the iron? it shouldve been provided in each room but there was a separate/specific iron room at level g which made us a bit of a hassle to go down, bring out clothes etc just to iron out but oh well, still okay. better than nothing i guess!"

"Lokasi sangat strategis untuk yang bertujuan ke ICE BSD dan AEON BSD dan banyak transportasi online. Kamar secara keseluruhan cukup bersih, hanya lantainya saja yang masih ada terasa lengket jika dirasakan langsung dengan telapak kaki. Untuk sarapan mungkin bisa ditingkatkan varian menunya dan area sarapan cukup sempit. Staffnya ramah-ramah. Selama menginap kami merasa nyaman dan tenang karena jauh dari keramaian. Terima kasih."

"Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan khususnya untuk lantai. Untuk beberapa peralatan di kamar seperti teko pemanas air sebaiknya diganti, karena tutupnya lepas tapi masih berfungsi untuk membuat air panas. Juga salah satu cangkir di kamar mandi dalam kondisi retak pada saat kami datang. Dan pada saat kami infokan/tanyakan ke staff/roomservice, memang kondisinya sudah begitu. Untuk area parkir tambahan karena di area lahan kosong kondisinya berbatu dan pada malam hari cukup gelap. Kami hanya memberikan masukan saja, semoga pihak hotel dapat meningkatkan fasilitas untuk kenyamanan semua tamu hotel. Terima kasih."

"The set-up felt like a studio for me, which I like; it felt spacious. The king bed was comfortable. The TV was new and a good size. The wardrobe was super nice"

"As soon as the lift door opened on my floor, the smell of cigarettes hit my nose, which I hated because I cannot tolerate cigarette smell. I had to have housekeeping change the two pillow sheets because they smelled bad; not sure if it was mildewy smell or people's smell. Weirdly enough, the bed sheet and the duvet cover didn't smell. The plastic stirrers had coffee stain on them. I'm glad I always bring my own and that I always wash hotel glasses and spoons before using. There was a continuous song playing in the hallway, which could be heard from inside the room."

"Saya booking 2 kamar, salah satunya lantainya kurang bersih. Hal lain yang kurang menyenangkan: saya booking beberapa bulan lalu, sudah lama. Pada H-3 seorang staf mengontak saya dan menawari pindah ke hotel lain yang jaraknya 4 km dari Joylive. Saya menolak, tapi tetap diminta pindah dengan alasan ada kendala teknis jadi ada reservasi yang tidak bisa dipenuhi, dan mereka memilih reservasi yang belum ada pembayaran untuk dibatalkan. Padahal booking ini NON REFUNDABLE, pay at the property. Akhirnya tidak jadi batal setelah saya bayar prepayment 50%. Pengalaman yang mengecewakan, sudah tak terhitung reservasi hotel yang saya lakukan di berbagai negara, baru sekali ini dapat pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan seperti itu."

"За окном вечером были гонки на мопедах со звонкими выхлопными трубами. Цена на букенге в тот день была в 2 раза больше аналогичных сайтов, не перепроверила, была удивлена такой цене. Но уже забронировала, а отмены не было"
