"The house is excellent, it has space, comfort, location, and cleanliness. In addition, I forgot my minibus ticket at home after check-out, and the owner promptly offered to go there, take a photo, and send everything via WhatsApp. I can only thank them and give it a 5 out of 5 for everything. "Great location near tram 4 and 6. Bakery and Spar very close to the apartment. Very easy and quick way to the city center and Nyugati train station. We met the landlord during check in (preparing Christmas decorations in the apartment) and he was very friendly with very nice English."

"We loved the location of the facilities and location of the apartment with trams and metros 10 - 15 minutes walk from the apartment depending on where you want to go. There were lots of small shops if any snacks or milk etc were needed. Vadim was very helpful with any questions we had. It was a quiet and relaxing area to stay too."
"The apartment could do with a little updating and the courtyard could be made a little more inviting but as the are residential apartments mixed with the holiday let's I guess this is not possible but we did love the feeling of 'being a local'."

"A ház szuper helyen, közvetlenül a vízparton van, mégis zárt kerttel rendelkezik, ezáltal gyerekbiztos. A konyha és a fürdőszoba/WC teljesen felszerelt, szépen felújított. Külön tetszett, hogy két fürdőszoba és WC is van, ekkora létszámnál ez már kötelező. A szobába lépve az ember kisebb időutazáson megy át, de ha a felújítási munkát folytatják itt is, tökéletes nyaraló lesz. A kert tágas, elegendő helyet biztosít a parkolás mellett a szalonnasütéshez vagy a tollasozáshoz is. A bérbeadó kedves, segítőkész és korrekt."
