"Just two small things to keep in mind (maybe it will be relevant for someone): -internet was almost never working, the network was seen by devices but access to internet was not working, so had to use my mob as hotspot (maybe it was just in my studio, entrance B) - i had a bigger SUV car and was not able to fit in just one parking lot (luckily had only 5 out of 6 spots occupied so was able to park on 2), other tenants parked perfectly…"

"Amazing location on Lake Balaton with own access to the lake. Quite new property, simply but tastefully furnished. All necessary equipment available (nespresso coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils). Nice towels and bed sheets. Lovely balcony with beautiful sunset view over the lake. Well kept garden with chairs, tables and sunbeds. On-site parking for each apartment. Ample of storage in several wardrobes inside the apartment. Generally quiet surroundings, far away from Siofok's party zone. A small supermarket and a couple of restaurants are just around the corner in walking distance."

"In general I would have rated this as an excellent property but there are a few points that have disappointed us. 1) the apartment is advertised as air conditioned. That is indeed the case, but the whole apartment has only one air conditioner which is located above the entrance door. It is pre-set to a certain temperature that cannot be individually adjusted. On a hot day (as it was on the day of our arrival) this single unit is not able to properly cool down the two rooms of the apartment. Furthermore, it is connected to the terrace door - as soon as the door is opened, the a/c unit automatically switches off with the result that not even the bedroom can be cooled by the a/c while the terrace door is open to allow fresh air into the living room. 2) while all the apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished, the double bed in the bed room is equipped with a thin and extremely soft mattress. On top of that some protective plastic sheet is attached to the mattress which makes a crackling sound each time one is turning around in the bed. Because of its thinness the mattress felt quite worn out. We were not able to sleep comfortably in this bed. 3) whereas in general the apartment is located in a quite and calm area, it should be mentioned that directly next to it there is a public beach park which is crowded and a bit noisy on sunny days (although it was mainly laughter and "happy holiday sounds", so it didn't bother us too much). About 20 meters behind the apartment building is a railway track with trains passing approximately every 20 to 30 minutes from morning until midnight. Their passing sounds can be well heard inside the apartment. 4) there is no illumination of the outside area of the property which means that after nightfall it is pitch dark which can be a bit dangerous, especially at the steps at the entrance area to the building."

"Wspaniała lokalizacja z bezpośrednim dostępem do jeziora. Własny pomost, altanki i trawnik gdzie zarówno dzieci jak i dorośli mogli spędzać czas. Duży apartament, wystarczająco dużo przestrzeni dla sześciu osób. Blisko do restauracji oraz przystanku autobusowego."

"Brak moskitiery w oknach. Była tylko w drzwiach tarasowych. Jednak wieczorem nie dało się otworzyć okna ze względu na ogromne ilości owadów (muszek) dostających się do pokoju. Na szczęście była klimatyzacja która działa dość sprawnie."

"Największym plusem jest własny bezpośredni dostęp do wody z pomostu. Można pływać z psem, nie trzeba nigdzie chodzić na plażę i za nią płacić. Pokój ładnie i gustownie urządzony. Darmowy parking."
