SmartStay Johnny is located in Podstrana, in the Split-Dalmatia County, 80 metres from the beach, second line of houses, 7 km from Split. It provides accommodation with free Wi-Fi and large balconies overlooking the bay and Brac Island. All air-conditioned apartments and rooms are equipped with satellite TV, a work desk and a tea/ coffee maker. Daily cleaning service is included in the the room rate. A few steps away from SmartStay Johnny, restaurants offers traditional Croatian cuisine and Croatian wine. Sports facilities like tennis courts, jet skiing or a fitness centre can also be found in the vicinity. Podstrana with its white beaches and warm water is ideal for sailing and diving as well. "This is one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed at. The welcome was very friendly, and the location by the beach is great, with grocery stores, a bakery, and restaurants very close by. The place is super clean, I love the design, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking."

"I wish I would have upgraded to having a balcony. It’s such a stunning view and we found we cooked a lot so it would have been nice to sit out on a terrace. Next time I will upgrade for sure!"
"Really an amazing stay! Immediately after check in we found out how helpful the owner is-he helped us with luggage, during the stay gave us info and always asked if we need anything, and at the checkout he offered to help us through the traffic jam, and made breakfast earlier, so we don’t travel hungry. Near the apartment was very nice beach. We really recommend this accommodation:)."

"Nicely located near bus stop to split, near the beach. Very clean and modern apartment. Lovely shower. We had partial view sea but it was still nice view!"
"The kitchen was very compact , no room to prep food. Just cooker and sink. It had no extractor fan and only two rings which meant cooking dinner was awkward but do able. It was lovely modern and clean kitchen more suited to making some thing small. Lots plates bowls glasss ."

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"The rooms were very clean and the balcony was overlooking the beach. You have Restaurant’s a few feet away. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away , it is a little pricey but I suggest you stock up on essentials before you arrive. The beach 🏝️ is a few steps away and the water is amazing. Small shops along the waterfront include a small bakery stand, fruit stand, icecream and crepes, restaurants and 3 shops with all the beach essentials."

"Zaton er et skønt sted for hele familien - masser af aktiviteter både i løbet af dagen og aftenen. Vores unger nød pool og aften fodboldkampene ekstra meget. De “billige” lejligheder (i “ “ tegn for så billige er de heller ikke :-) er super hyggelige, men efter danske standarder, så skulle døre, vinduer mv være udskiftet for mange år siden (men som charmerende ældre lejlighed i varmen fungerer det fint)."
"Very uncomplicated check-in, host was very kind and easy to contact in case we had questions. We got nice information about public transportation, unfortunately the dog wasnt allowed on the bus. The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."
