Orsan Residence blev vedligeholdtoveret i 2015 og ligger blot få skridt fra havet. Der gives gratis trådløs internetadgang. Der er hurtige busforbindelser til Dubrovniks gamle bydel, som står opført på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste. Boligenhederne ligger i autentiske stenbygninger og har aircondition og gratis WiFi. Gæsterne kan benytte den fælles udflugtsstue og køkkenet med pejs. Der er havperspektiv. Gæsterne kan gå til Dubrovniks gamle bydel eller jogge langs den smukke promenade foran Residence Cosmai. Byens centrum er fyldt med historiske seværdigheder, museer og gamle kirker og ligger 10 minutters bustur derfra. Der kan bestilles bådudflugter til Elafiti-øerne, herunder fisketure, offroad-safari, guidede vandreture og andre ture. Der stille til rådigheds afhentning i lufthavnen efter anmodning.

"Marko was very welcoming and happy to give lots of information. He always checks that his guest are comfortable. There is a little kitchenette which is useful for drinks and making breakfast. It is even possible to cook there. I could see the sea from my little balcony. The beach is a 12 minute walk away. I loved a quiet morning swim. There is a lovely restaurant opposite the apartment. The old city of Dubrovnik is easy to reach by a 10 minute bus ride."

"The location is perfect, sea view, easy walking access to all lapad, quick bus trip to old Town to enjoy it without the hustle of it. Super practical to get to and to get into cruise for the island. The best is the host, Marko is brilliant, super responsive , w Super keen to help for anything and to make sure you have a good stay. He gives tons of advice and tips and take all the time you need. Cru flexible for arrival and departure and to keep luggage if needed."

"Marko the owner, was great in communicating prior to the arrival. He thoroughly explained and took us through the map of Dubrovnik and had some hidden gem suggestions of restaurants and other must see places. The room was fully equipped in the kitchen with all the basics to cook, make coffee, utensils, pots, cleaning detergents and many more. There’s a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, equipped with AC and TV with streaming Netflix/Disney. Clean towels, wine and soft drinks available for purchase on the property. There are many restaurants in the area, small supermarket and the bus stop is a short walk about 5 mins to get to the old town. Taxi (Uber or bolt) is also quite reasonable for use in the area - we paid 10 EUR max. Highly recommended!!!"
