"locaiton was really beautiful . very nice view to the water. very clam place to go swimming in the lake. a very clean and good swimming pool in general , except a couple of issues (that I mentioned below), it was a good hotel"

"breakfast was simple. coffee was bad, jsut instant-coffee (you barely get that kind of coffees in a hotel at this price!) staff not handy and one of them , a kind of , rude, I would say. some of stuff in the room were broken (shower head had issue, safe broken , cover of door's lock fell off...)"

"It is a very nice place and easy to walk from the ferry terminal some 10 minutes away. It is clean and quiet peaceful and tranquil good food and great staff."

"The area around the pool would be a lot nicer if there were cushions for the pool beds The umbrellas are not in good repair and they would need to be upgraded . Most hotels charge extra money for these services so a small daily fee would not be unreasonable. Some hotels charge extra for pool towels and have a pool attendant who can look after the pool area."

"Location, location, location! We spent many hours on our balcony enjoying the superb sea views and many amazing sunrises. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful - top marks! Good selection of food, esp if you eat meat. Like some other reviews commented, by modern standards, this is more like a solid 3* hotel than a 4* one, but I find this has been reflected in the price we paid. We will be back!"

"No sea or pool access for people with reduced mobility. It would be nice to have a cooked vegetarian or vegan meal added to the dinner menu (though I understand there might not be a huge demand for this)"

"Everything! We had big spatious room with a magnificent view. Food was remarkable (it reminded me very much of a good homemade food my mom cooks which is rare in hotels). Also the staff was really friendly, special thank you to the kind lady at the reception, you are the best!"

"Lovely staff. Clean hotel. Great location. The rooms are small and basic, but they are comfortable. They did not have double beds available for us, so they push together twin beds."

"There was no transport available to Sakarun beach. The local bus is infrequent and travels at inconvenient times. The bicycles available at the hotel do not have good enough brakes for cycling on the steep hills. The only way to travel around the island is to rent a car, boat or scooter (which is very expensive)."
