"Owners responded promptly. Complimentary breakfast added a delightful touch. Beds were comfortable. The beach was just a 2-3 minute walk away, and parking was conveniently located right in front of the unit. The staff were exceptionally helpful."

The shower had a heater problem, there was no shampoo or soap in the lower washrooms, and the TV didn't work. However, none of these issues affected our stay.

"The apartment is very spacious and peaceful. It was very convenient to be so close to the airport. Laura fetched us there and was very accommodating when we had changed plans."

"*We loved the renovation especially the extension to include a glass dining room/summer room. *Having 3 bathrooms *The privacy *Gardens *Location to the bus stop into Andorra la Vella, walking distance to the gondola and village centre. *Beautiful views especially from the summer room. *Plenty of cleaning products beneath the kitchen sink *Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults *Great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again and would love to give a 10/10 marking. To do this going forward we would not want to encounter any issues with those noted below. Plus one suggestion would be for wood/pellets for the fires to be offered at an additional cost."

*On arrival only one clear entry to the property. The side garden by the parking space needed a clear pathway of the snow and the steps up from the front garden needed a build up of mud clearing off to level them and again a clear pathway of snow leading from the end of the Princessa Park pathway that led to the garden. *We had an issue with some of the bed pillows having seen better days, however one little message to the owner and they were replaced with new ones. *NO WASHING MACHINE as advertised. This created an issue as two guests brought limited clothing with intentions of washing their clothes on holiday. *No toilet brushes - really unpleasant if the toilet bowl needed cleaning.

"Fantastic Villa.. very clean, spacious and safe.. Excellent location just few 5 min walk to jolly beach. The villa is well equipped with all the amenities and has a fantastic view over the Harbour. My family and I had a fantastic stay thanks to Iris and Mycol.. exceptional hosts. Very quick and efficient in their communications and quick to respond to our quires.. They can also organise, car rental and airport transfer if you wish.. Iris organise the car rental for us, The car was dropped and pick up from the villa with all the paperwork ready. Amazing service.. Thank you Mycol and Iris.. We will be back,,,"

Nothing!! Everything was perfect!!

"Location in quiet area but still very close to the city center with many shops 24/7 nearby. Nice & comfy bedroom with AC and refrigerator- especially important in August :-). Additional benefit was the balcony, but the view was not spectacular. Breakfasts were very tasty and the view from dining room was very nice (8th floor)."

Just minor disadvantages: no power sockets available for charging in the bedroom, cash payment only. No hooks in the bathroom and towels I think shall be replaced after each 2-3 days.

"Nos hicieron un upgrade a Villa Marina, un apartamento situado en la colina que domina Red Hook. Las vistas son soberbias; buen equipamiento, piscina “cuasi-privada”. Buena atención del dueño en el paso de la tormenta tropical Ernesto y posteriores consecuencias (leves). Recomendable"

La contrapartida a las buenas vistas es subir arriba. Es necesario coche (lo teníamos). El único “pero” era la extraña dependencia de generadores eléctricos para tener agua corriente dentro de casa. Tras la tormenta hubo que usar generador y andar cambiando bombonas de gas (pero el duelo, Steve, se encargó de ello)

"Location is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The property has a small but private garden with sun loungers, etc to use when the sun shines. We had a detached lodge with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open living, dining and kitchen area downstairs plus downstairs toilet - so the accommodation met our needs nicely. When it got cold the landlord came by and asked if we needed the heating putting on and showed us how to do this, which was thoughtful."

The landlord gave a lot of very exacting instructions on the use of the facilities in the property, which made us a bit nervous about using things incorrectly or potentially breaking anything!

"Just an amazing place right by the beach. Owner Luca and manager Wally are two of the most generous hosts I have ever met. Our flight was cancelled so we arrived a day late, but Luca deducted that first night. We will certainly be back"

"Ingen morgenmad inkluderet. Beliggenhed var god og tæt på stranden, vi skulle igennem en have og så var vi der. Vi havde håbet på havkig eller udsigt, men det var der ikke så første indtrykket var at studiolejligheden var gemt væk og mørk. Der var fantastisk snorkling lige ved stranden."

Der var noget fugt lugt da vi ankom. Sofaen i fjernsynsstuen var ikke god at sidde i.
