Bahnhof war wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Keine Hinweise zum Weg zur Ersatzbushaltestelle Fehlende Information über Weg nach Intragna, ob zu Fuß möglich oder nur mit dem Auto

"Clean, and a cleaner came each day, the roof terrace was amazing, lots of space. I was a bit concerned about previous reviews about lack of heating and hot water but the place was warm and we didn’t need the heaters provided, shower water was hot which we needed for the long treks in the surrounding mountains. I could have spent a lot longer here."

Not the best area in Paternoster, although to be fair within walking distance of everything, the exterior gates were hard work, they need to be fixed / maintained properly, chunky thick wine glasses not really what you want to drink quality wine out of

The road outside the house can be a little noisy but not too bad at night.

"The location was excellent, its best suited for families and those who want to spend time in solitude a little away from hustle and bustle of main road. House is well equipped with ameneties. Be prepared with your own stuff and its like living in your own home."

Nothing But a word of caution the road to house comes down from main Abbottabad road for 6 minutes through some steep slopes, tight turns and a beautiful forest. In the Morning its amazing, at night chance of getting panicked. Dont panick! Just make sure your car has good engine, tyres and breaks.

Communication with Carole had been excellent in the weeks prior to our holiday and when we did arrive she was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. The gite is spacious and spotlessly clean and the kitchen has all that is needed to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable, the showers in both the modern bathrooms are excellent and, although we did not make use of it, the swimming pool is in a lovely garden setting. The gite is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, only about 300m from a well-stocked supermarket and bakery. We would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you for having us, Carole and Gilles!"

"Ingen morgenmad inkluderet. Beliggenhed var god og tæt på stranden, vi skulle igennem en have og så var vi der. Vi havde håbet på havkig eller udsigt, men det var der ikke så første indtrykket var at studiolejligheden var gemt væk og mørk. Der var fantastisk snorkling lige ved stranden."

Der var noget fugt lugt da vi ankom. Sofaen i fjernsynsstuen var ikke god at sidde i.

There were cockroaches and termites in the villa which was not nice.

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"Fabulous property, stylish, comfortable, warm and well-equipped, next to the beach. Great TV viewing options for when you want to just stay in and relax. Constant sea view and see the waves from your bed. Superb!"

Maybe a few plug adapters for lamps/lighting. That's about it.

"Dejligt stort hus med ordentligt køkken og stue med fin kunstig pejs med ild der kunne varme. Lækre soveværelser. Og stort badeværelser. Der er plads til mange mennesker. 5 min fra Lake Tekapo og kirken. Tæt på indkøb. Vi lavede mad selv og nød på terrassen."

Der er desværre mange træer i haven så skygge. Lidt hårde senge.

"Boendet ligger i Regent som ligger lite högre upp i bergen jämfört med Freetown. Det gör att det är lite svalare och inte så tryckande värme som nere i stan. Det är visserligen en bit att köra om man ska in i centrum, men samtidigt är det inte så mycket bilköer som inne i stan. Värdarna tog hand om oss på ett bra sätt och huset vi hyrde hade rätt bra standard. Hög standard för att vara i Sierra Leone."

Jag har inte något som jag inte tyckte om. Möjligen att du måste ha tillgång till egen transport om du enkelt ska ta dig till och från boendet.

Windows are not very soundproof, so for me, sleeping was difficult, but for a few nights, stay worth using ear plugs as the location is great.

"The whole team was very friendly and helpful for anything you needed. In particular Darin was such a great support and important in Thailand, she speaks good English. The villas are beautiful, taken care with love and good taste. There is all you need equiped, very useful with even a washing machine. There are great restaurants in a short driving distance. To walk around the lake next to the resort was our daily routine, save and clean."

I would say it is definately beneficial to have either a own car or rent a motorbike. It is possilbe to walk for sure, but the distances to beach, restaurants, 711... were a bid further than expected.
