"Location excellent. Premier Earth Room Floor 8, was very good. Larger than what we expected, we had 6 large suitcases and still room to move. The en-suite was a good size and the shower was fantastic. Staff very helpful."
"Unfortunately the Bed. It was hard as a rock! Which was a shame as you had a choice of softer firm pillows but bed was hard. I like soft, husband likes firm but he found it too hard. It would be nice if they offered a mattress topper just to soften a little."
"I think the hotel's rating should be a bit higher, as our expectations were lower than what the rating suggested. However, although our room was small, it was sufficient for three people and clean; it was cleaned daily. You can catch the A11 bus stop 170 meters away to catch your flight, and you can reach everywhere with the Island Line subway from the nearby Wan Chai station."
"The hotel staff were a bit of a "ask the question and disappear" type. We had difficulty carrying our suitcases because of the carpet in the hotel corridors. Our Sky-premium room on the 15th floor didn't have a sky view, which wasn't a problem for us, but they should change the name so it wouldn't be so funny, at least."
