"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

"The staff was very friendly, helpful & efficient Lots of good places to eat, supermarket with imported goods & sundry shops all at walking distance There's a mini refrigerator, ironing board & washing machine for such a good price!"

The only drawback was the heater kept switching off & I had to get the staff to turn it on a few times

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "Quiet place, a little out of the way but easily accesible through public transporte or uber. Beautiful view of the city and close to Montserrate. Owners are very kind and it is a family run buisness. Definitely would recommend."

The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.

The shower didn’t work properly, but that can be easily fixed.

"Great location by the sea and near the harbour. Nice, old-fashioned interior decoration, mirroring the age of some of the buildings. Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

Ideally located to visit tourist attractions within reasonable radius. Piggs Peak town 1km away and provides all necessary shops, fuel stations and off course a KFC."

It's hard to escape noise in this part of the world. There was some very loud music playing at local bars at night. We had to kill a lot of mosquitos
