"Reception and concierge could do with a bit of training. Concierge was useless and not from Guam thus no idea of local facilities and the reception staff kept asking me if I’d paid (which I was forced to do by them for the full two week break spent in a suite the day I arrived 🤬). Also every single dish has meat or fish in it and very little vegetable options."

"朝食は種類も多く美味しくいただきました。お風呂・シャワーの水量・お湯の温かさ、トイレ水回りも問題なしでした。洗濯はG階（ロビー階の下）に洗濯機３台+別に乾燥機３台あり。比較的空いていて、容量も大きく使い勝手が良かった。クラブラウンジで夕日を見ながらの軽食は最高でした。ラウンジのスタッフの方（特に日本語が上手な陽気な男性）は親切でよかったです。有難うございました。"

"Location was perfect and the house was super clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The owners were awesome and even brought us fresh picked fruit. The view from the front room with its oversized sliding door is spectacular. This picture was taken right out the front door."
