"Ismael was the perfect host and very attentive, for the price given it's location we weren't expecting luxury and enjoyed our stay, the three things that marked this property down were, the musty smell not helped by lack of ventilation in the shower and toilet area, the lack of hot water and the noise from the local cockerels, dogs and workmen (most of which were outside of Ismael's control). Great location just a 5 minute walk to the main road from El Remate to Tikal. I would highly recommend this property for anyone travelling on a low budget and looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation with basic expectations."

"Our stay was fantastic! Ismael was super accommodating to our check in and check out times and overall very responsive to our messages. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location near the center, which made it convenient to get to Tikal and Flores. The AC was a game changer - definitely needed. Would recommend!!"

"Per il prezzo che chiede offre davvero un soggiorno perfetto, c’era tutto quello che serviva: due letti matrimoniali, frigorifero, asciugamani, bollitore da caffè con tazze e bicchieri, sapone in bagno e aria condizionata. L’host Ismail è davvero adorabile e ci ha dato modo di noleggiare il suo motorino per visitare Tikal all’alba. Ottimo servizio."

"Un po’ difficile trovarla se non si ha connessione internet per chiamare l’host e farsi dare spiegazioni concrete ma alla fine ci ha aiutata sua madre (trovata per caso in una via vicino il soggiorno). Durante il pomeriggio mi sembra che stacchino l’acqua nel periodo secco ma la sera torna sempre."
