Comfort Hostel

"The room and the whole atmosphere/service felt more like a classical hotel than a hostel, so the price was more than fair. The staff are extremely engaged in making their guests feel comfortable and they even organized fresh glutenfree bread for breakfast. The location is a little off in Zona 10, but everything needed is within reach by foot and/or taxi."

"My room had a desk, which accommodated electric plugs, but there were none beside the bed. When the window was not open, the air got a little stuffy, presumably from the included bathroom."

"The hotel is 20min walking distance from all the restaurants in Zona 10. The staff is incredibly nice. I arrived at 6am and rang the bell, being ready to wait on the street in case nobody would open, but Manuel opened the door with a smile on his face, the smile was always on his face, always up for a chat and very helpful with all the information. The room is very spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast is really nice, I loved it! And they always offered more coffee. There's also a nice little terrace where you can relax..."

"I arrived into Guatemala quite late at night but the host was very helpful with my arrival. It was nice to have a hot shower, clean room & comfortable bed after my long journey. The area was quiet & I had a very good sleep. Breakfast and coffee was included & was very nice. The host helped me arrange a shuttle to Lake Atitlan for the next day :)"
