"Fuldstændig fantastisk personale - der var virkelig hjælpsomme og hjalp med både anbefalinger til søen og også hjalp os med transport videre på vores vej. Der er var enormt rent og hyggeligt, men fint køkken og tagterrasse med udsigt udover vulkanen. Derudover havde vi eget badeværelse selvom vi ikke var klar over dette."

"A very spacious and comfortable room, with good shower and a great shared kitchen area. There was a lovely rooftop area with comfy chairs to watch the sun go down and a washing machine available for a very reasonable fee. The hotel is in a quiet street, but only a short walk from Calle Santander and the town centre."

"The shared spaces are really nice , the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is nice with an incredible view. The staff are doing a great job , keeping the hotel clean and well organised. Daily cleaning of the shared spaces. They are offering free filtred water and coffee, also allowing to use the washing machine witch is a great if you are travelling for a period of time. Anita is very nice and helpful. They are also accepting card payment..We ended up staying for 9 nights here."

"This is an great spot. One of the benefits is the number of shared spaces meaning you rarely have to actually share. Our room came with a salon, kitchen and tiny roof terrace shared with only 3 or so other rooms. Across the whole winding property I counted 3 or 4 kitchens. The staff are wonderful and professional and there is a very peaceful vibe. Our room was clean and spacious, with a very nice shower."
