"A lovely family run hotel within walking distance to Meteora. Our host was a really lovely and helpful man and he gave us bottles of cold water when we arrived. There were nice views from the balcony. The room was fine although the bed I was on had a couple of broken slats so was a bit uncomfortable. Good bathroom. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the hotel one morning with coffee, juice, omelette, bread & jam and some lovely pastries plus fresh fruit. 10 euros each."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Gogos in Meteora. Everything was fantastic: the hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect with breathtaking views of the Meteora rocks. I highly recommend it!"

"The location is unbeatable. George the manager could not have been nicer and done anymore for us , he was awesome. Plenty of room to park which is an issue at most hotels. Nice breakfast on the patio ."

"The room was very clean and also very warm, despite it lacking an AC unit. The mattresses, pillows and blankets were also very comfortable! We asked for an extra warm blanket & they instantly provided us with it! Breakfast was more than fair for the asking price. Overall, I'd say it's worth staying there! It's also very right on the main road that leads to the numerous Meteora monasteries! Loads of taverns near it as well as a couple of general grocery stores right next to it and right across the street!"

"Δεν εχω λόγια,σαν να πήγαμε σε κάποιο συγγενή μας,η Μαίρη άψογη σε όλα ! Μας πήρε τηλ να μας καθοδηγήσει,έφερνε ξύλα για το τζάκι κάθε απόγευμα,ευγενικότατη,τα είχε ολα στην εντέλεια,πρωινό με φρυγανιές,καφέ,τσαι,μελι,και καλοσώρισμα.Ακόμα κ όταν ζητσαμε κάτι που είχαμε ξεχάσει να κραταμε μαζί μας (Ένα καλώδιο σύνδεσης ) Προσφέρθηκε άμεσα και μας βρήκε,και ειδικά εορταστικές μέρες που όλα ήταν κλειστά στην πόλη."

"Very nice modern apartment with all the amenities including air conditioning and washing machine, which was very helpful. It is located in about 100 meters from the beach in a small town of Vonitsa. It is not far from Lefkada, about 20 minutes by car. The host is very nice and even left some snacks for our breakfast on the first day. The bakery is next door, which is also very helpful."

"Vi var virkekig glade for opholdet. Hotellet var flot og autentisk. Virkelig god værdi for pengene. Personalet var utrolig søde og imødekommende. Det var virkelig rart at dele af poolen var i skygge det meste af dagen. Dejligt store værelser med god plads til en stor familie. Flot udsigt fra altanen. Fornuftige priser i poolbaren. Dejligt placering tæt på bylivet og en stor legeplads til børnene. Dejligt at varkiza ikke er særlig turistet, og priserne i byen ikke er høje sammenlignet med alle turistbyerne i området."

"amazing view over the harbour, the staff were extremely friendly. we have been island hopping for 3 weeks and the owners of this apartment were one of the kindest and most welcoming we have met. they paid for our drinks when we ended up in the same restaurant for lunch one day. our room was cleaned every day compared to the usual once every two days. location is very close to the port but there is a steep hill to walk up. close to a lot of quality restaurants/bus stop and bakery"
