Adamant Suites består af kun 9 smagfuldt indrettede suiter, som alle er opkaldt efter og designet efter en ædeljuvel. Det lille antal suiter på Adamant skaber en virkelig intim atmosfære. Alle suiter har en privat balkon, hvor du kan starte hver dag med en gratis morgenbuffet og afslutte hver dag med en afslappende drink mens solen går ned. Samtlige hyggelige rede har Nespresso-kaffemaskine med 4 gratis kaffekapsler per dag. Nogle af balkonerne har desuden udendørs balneo-områdebad, hvor man kan slappe af. Adamant Suites har en bekvem beliggenhed inden for Fira med betagende udsigt over calderaen. "Breakfast has to be booked for timeslots, so that it can be brought to your room on time. This is just a small thing, but if you have an excursion planned, you need to book the breakfast slot early in the day as they fill up quickly. I even ended up nearly missing breakfast on one of the days."
