"The location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts, being situated right along the first line near the ski lifts. There are cafes and a market in close proximity. The room is clean and suitable for 2-3 individuals, featuring an open balcony."

"Great location right next to the gondola. There are some après-ski parties in New Gudauri (until 1am) but this apartment is on the back of the building so noise minimal if you prefer sleep early. Very helpful host and quick to respond 👌🏻"

"Просторный номер на четыре человека. Чистый, аккуратный, и полностью укомплектованный. Есть плита, холодильник , микроволновая печь , грильница, стиралка, чайник, и многое другое. От отеля, до подъемника , метров семьдесят. Внизу к номеру есть ящик для лыж и сноуборда. Хозяйку номера не видел, но по телефону показалась очень дружелюбной и гостеприимной."

"Nora is the sweet owner, who, together with her charming daughter, run this family guesthouse. I liked the authenticity of their hospitality. I was offered a pot of tea and could wash out my hiking gear. I had a comfortable room with a heating unit. I was the only guest, so I could have an early breakfast."
