"Excellent value for money. The apartment is clean and quiet. Two separate rooms, the small kitchen is in one of them. Quite good beds, new good bed linen and towels. The owner Sofia is polite, she lives nearby and quickly answers questions. I highly recommend this apartment."

"Very good value for money, this was a cheap option for a week-long stay for two people. We were impressed by the level of cleanliness and good position of the apartment (close to supermarkets, cafes, the main street, etc). The owner is very kind and lives on the same floor."

"We took the two bedroom apartment, it has a shared bathroom. One room has AC and the other has no AC. The location is maybe 300metres uphill from Rustaveli avenue. The place is calm and quiet. It is decently neat as well. The host is pleasant and helpful."

"The property was located in the very city center but on a quiet street. The rooms were tidy. The bathroom was clean, the water pressure was also good. The kitchen had all the supplies necessary, and the hostess even put two welcoming water bottles on the table. Thank you, Sofia, for your hospitality."

"Отдыхали семьей 4 человека с 3 по 6 августа. Прилетали в 4 утра. За день списалась с хозяйкой и к нашему приезду все было готово. Приехали на такси, быстро и доступно. Поездка обошлась в 8$. Квартира имеет удобное расположение. Шума большого города не слышно, но стоит спустится чуть вниз и ты в центре города. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта. До всех интересных мест доходили пешком."
