"The staff very helpful and kind. The hotel isn't the newest, but the rooms were clean and were equipped in everything what we needed for the stay. It's located near the city center, just few steps from the Batumi Promenade."

"Normal breakfast, but it would be much better to buy a good coffe maker instead of instant one (it is more necessary at breakfast than chacha and wine, that were served). On photos there were better bathroom accessories (shampoo etc) that were in fact given."

"Шумо изоляция с улицей плохая все слышно что там происходит . Каждый день в течении почти трех недель не работал замок в двери номера , приходилось ходить на рецепшен за помощью или открыть номер или закрыть . Сантехника тоже оставляет желать лучшего ."

"Le personnel étaient très accueillant et l'hôtel était proche du centre. Possibilité de laisser les bagages en consignes à la fin du séjour. Le dernier jour un grand buffet rien que pour moi a été préparé."
"Il n'y avait pas de poubelle dans ma chambre, et le petit déjeuner manquait un peu de choix. Dans ma chambre il n'y avait pas non plus de bouteille d'eau. Le frigo dans la chambre fesait du bruit la nuit."
