"The apartment is located in the very heart of Tbilisi’s Old Town. The host is very kind and understanding. After our stay ended, he kindly offered to store our luggage until our flight, so we were able to continue exploring the city comfortably."

"The best place to stay in Tbilisi! Located in the old town with a nice garden to sit and have a coffee. In the apartment there is a small kitchen to prepare your breakfast! The wifi is working very well."

"The apartment is in the old town (just a bit uphill), and you can reach Liberty Square in 10 minutes walking. It has AC, a small kichenette, and a little garden outside. It's a quiet place (no noise)."

"The only problem was that the bed was broken (probably recently) and the mattress was uncomfortable."

"The apartment is located in the heart of Tiflis, so perfect to explore the city. The apartment is small (especially when you stay with 3 people) but this was not a problem for us as you normally don't spend a lot of time inside the apartment."

"I spent 8 nights in this place. This place is located in the old city of Tbilisi in a relatively good locatin. Aramo was cozy and it was very easy to access the supermarket and fruit shop. Access to Avalabari bus station was convenient. The facilities of this house were excellent and everything we needed was available to us. Even metro card and amusement park card were left for us. Thank you dear Sofia. A kind, polite and loving lady. Everything was good and we had a great experience at this place."

"Apartments with a good layout of rooms and an excellent air conditioning system. There is everything you need to cook, a quiet place with a good view of the sea and the city. The city center is 15-20 minutes by bus. Nearby there is a bus stop, a beach and grocery stores. The hosts are very friendly and sociable. We were met at the airport and treated to khachapuri and dessert."

"Can't recommend Guliada and her place enough. she is a super host and an interesting person, the food she makes is delicious. we ate there the best khachapuri and a really great dinner. The house is sweet and the room was good as well. they have a beautiful garden with a lot of animals, vegetables and fruit trees the she shared happily with us."

"I had such a great time staying at Prime House. The place is cozy, warm, and full of character. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt very calm and relaxing. The house has a lovely wooden interior and beautiful details everywhere — books, plants, art, and comfortable spaces to sit and unwind. I especially loved having my morning coffee by the green table with the sunlight coming in — it felt so peaceful. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help but also gave me space to enjoy my stay. You can tell they really care about the place and the guests. "I recommend this place for adventurers. The hostess is very friendly and always quick to respond—constantly at your service. The house is well-equipped and clean. As for the noise, personally it didn’t bother me, but for those sensitive to it, bring earplugs will help. What’s really great is that the place is very close to all tour meeting points and conveniently located near everything in the city."
