"Great place near the city centre. It’s genuinely clean (seriously!) and very aesthetic. The kitchen is well equipped with a kettle, fridge, and microwave, as well as basic ingredients like salt and sugar. The wallpapers are beautiful, and the whole flat looks extremely well-kept. It’s less than a five-minute walk to the nearest bar and shop, and under 20 minutes on foot to Freedom Square. From there, you can take a 15-minute metro ride to Didube bus station, which makes it an ideal base for exploring the rest of Georgia. I genuinely doubt you’ll find a better place at this price. The housekeeper is lovely, and I had no problem communicating in both Russian and English."

"Everything is just great: very centric location, just in the middle of the historical core of the city, easy to get everywhere. The owner is super friendly, helping and caring. The common spaces are always very clean and well maintained, AC in the hall is present. Totally like and recommend."
"A bit hard to find, cause it's a small almost hidden passage from a main street and there are no particular signs around to navigate to the exact location. But once you found, it's super easy to come again, so not a big deal of a problem actually."

"Excellent Guest House minutes from Freedom Square the Metro and bus to Tbilisi Airport.Also shuttles to Kutaisi Airport. Attractively furnished rooms complete with bedside lamps electric plugs and full length mirrors, some with TV and AC. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need plus coffee machine microwave and full gas range. Immaculate bathrooms.Washing machine. Without doubt offers great value in an otherwise pricey area. Highly Recommended.Do not miss the opportunity to stay."

"Schönes ruhiges Doppelzimmer Nr 5. Küche mit Kaffeeautomat. Bad mit Waschmaschine. Extra Aufenthaltsraum mit Kühlschrank. Top Lage im Altstadt Bezirk Sololaki. Viele Restaurants. Empfehlung "Linville Café"."
"Es könnte ein bischen heller sein im Zimmer. Der Tisch im Aufenthaltsraum sollte höher sein und Stühle drum herum, denn in der Küche kann man nicht wirklich sitzen zum Essen. Tiflis ist eine tolle Stadt. Man sollte hier mindestens 5 Tage bleiben."
