"The apartment was really nice, there was a laundry service from the housekeeper who runs the place for the manager / host. She was friendly and gave me a laundry service. The location was great for me but it is up a hill so might not be for everyone, but I had no problem going back up twice a day at least. It was very safe and secure. Tbilisi was great and this was a great place to begin my adventure. It was not complicated to meet and collect keys or checkout. I did really like the apartment."

"There was no washing machine as the advert suggested but when I asked, the host offered me the laundry service so you must justask. It was returned washed and dried, thank you. I did not meet the host, arrival was done through the taxi-driver who met me, transferred me and let me in and gave me keys, but I did speak to the host on the phone and he was friendly."

"Lovely and very welcoming host, I would give 10 stars just for that. Really accomodating even though we had a few special requests. The room itself is very nice and cosy, perfect for two people. The kitchen is also fully equipped in case you need anything. There is a garden, which would be very nice in the summer. The location is very good, right by the Old City, 10-15 minute walk to the Freedom Square. In general, really nice vibe, would 100% stay here again. They even left a card for the Mtatsminda Park."

"The walk up the hill is a bit steep so bear that in mind. Not bad for young healthy people. Sometimes it smells from the bathroom but you just need to close the door and it's fine."

"Very friendly price for a big appartment in the middle of the center. Really kind host. You get your own clicker to open the private road. Beautiful and perfect bathroom with magical glow in the dark floor tiles. Bed was big and nice!"

"Two major things i didn't like at this apartment 1. There is no AC or fan is installed in first room (common room in which you will find a kitchen and a bed for kids), and because of this it was very difficult to sleep their. 2. The bedroom window opens directly onto a narrow pedestrian lane, which unfortunately compromises privacy. Although there is a curtain installed, it is a sheer type that offers no coverage. As a result, the interior of the bedroom is practically visible to anyone passing by, which feels quite uncomfortable. A more opaque curtain or additional window covering would significantly improve the sense of privacy in the room."
