"Lela and her family, including 2 adorable dogs and a friendly cat, were so welcoming and helpful. Lela even brought me a home-made Georgian dinner. The apartment is well set up and very central. It's just a few minutes' walk to the main centre, cafes, bridges, museums etc. There are several restaurants just down the back lane. This is definitely a great option for staying in Kutaisi."

"The host was super friendly and surprised us with homemade food, the bed was comfortable and in the kitchen was everything we need. The kitchen is separated from the sleeping area by the door, and that's great because if you close it you don't need to worry about the fridge noise in the night 😊 The location is basically city center with 24/7 markets nearby, which was also amazing."

"Overall, this is a fantastic place that offers very good value for money. The location is tiptop, the place is spacious and well climated. We stayed in Kutaisi during bad and a bit colder weather, and the heating system worked very well. The bed was comfy, as were the seating options. The place feels absolutely safe. It's great to have a small kitchen available to make tea or coffee. Hosts are very friendly, even borrowed us a winter jacket and gave us some yummy snacks! Organizing key handover was easy and we could check out in the middle of the night to catch an early flight."
"Shower temperature was a bit unstable at times, but we were still able to take hot showers. Just need to wait a bit. WiFi could have been a bit faster at times. Note: The map in of the booking.com app showed me this place in another location on my iPhone, but the location on google maps, Yandex etc. is correct (maybe this is an Apple maps issue). Better double check. However, the location is still very central, super easy to get around on foot, with many restaurants and mini markets around."

"Отдыхали в августе и поначалу приехав, несколько расстроились - в Уреки в это время полно народу. Идешь до пляжа - толпы людей, достаточно грязно, машины припаркованы друг на друге. Но денек привыкли и перестали это замечать. Сам Дом располагается на краю Уреки, поэтому достаточно спокойно. В доме и на участке - Красивые обеденная, мангальная зоны, зона отдыха на террасе второго этажа. Интерьер подобран со вкусом. Кухня хорошо скомплектована - 2 плиты, 2 раковины, 3 холодильника, шкаф полный посудой."
