"Overall, we liked the apartment — it was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed. The location is in the old part of Tbilisi, close to the center and main attractions. The main downside was the beds — we found them uncomfortable, and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also, the building was a bit tricky to find; Waze struggled with the small streets of the old town. Still, the apartment itself was nice and quiet, and our overall impression was positive."

"We stayed at Tiflis Opera Aparthotel over the Christmas period and could not have chosen a better base in Tbilisi. The location on Opera Street is excellent, right in the heart of the city centre and within easy reach of many cafés, restaurants and attractions. The airport transfers were a real highlight. The driver was warm, friendly and genuinely hospitable, making both our arrival and departure completely stress-free. The aparthotel itself was beautifully presented, with a very comfortable bedroom and a well-equipped kitchenette that functioned perfectly for longer stays. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and everything felt thoughtfully organised throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic cosy apartment for an unbelievable price. Stayed here for 2 nights after snowboarding in Mestia for the season, before heading back to the UK. I love this street and stayed at a different place in Oct. This was the best price on booking for the 2 nights (apart from a hostel) and it was for an apartment! Fantastic value. It is a very cosy apartment with bathroom small kitchen (has a Moka pot too) and stove, fridge etc. Has a large double bed and a room with 2 singles. There is a lovely balcony outside and views to the mountains. Literally 6 mins walk to the fountain in the center and the main park. 10/10 A bonus! The owner has a new 4 month old chihuahua which is adorable and very friendly."

"bidet didnt work . wifi didnt work ive asked reciption twice first they told me the apartment have its own password but there was none and the second time they told me they will try to make it stronger well i didnt have any wifi ! that means the television needed internet too for going to youtube and watch something and it was slow and we shared our own internet ! there was no salt in kitchen ! i think the sofa needed a wash too! it was a long way to climb to get to atrium after ski session and the other way had too much stone and and melted snow we had no choice !"

"The apartment is tiny, but in a great location just at the end of the Marjanashvili walking street. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. The washing machine was a nice touch. A special thanks to the host for accommodating our family (2 adults, 2 kids) at very short notice and giving us free parking."
