"Fantastisk hyggeligt ophold hos Graham og Alison. Værelset oversteg vores forventninger med sin charme, skønne seng og lækre udvalg af te og kaffe. Graham stod klar til at give os gode råd til transport, spisesteder og ture i området. Vi fik serveret lækker english breakfast som en god start på dagen inden vandreture i området. White Rose ligger perfekt til at udforske forskellige steder i Lake District, da men nemt kommer med bus eller tog til andre dele af området til smukke vandreture og bjergtagende udsigter."

"Perfect location, very close to cafe, bars and restaurants in Windermere , car parking was easy, The owners was very friendly and welcoming, give us great advice about where to go for places to eat and drink. The accommodation was immaculate and cozy,had a great facilities,good choices of teas and coffee/ milk in our room."

"Very Clean, friendly and accommodating host, everything you need for a comfortable stay in the lakes. Good location, you can go a bus into Bowness and we enjoyed taking the lake cruise to Ambleside. Orrest head is also a beautiful walk very close by. It was nice that the facilities included a few different tea, coffee and milk options. I like very milky tea and this is the only place I’ve found that gives me enough milks!"

"There isn’t any parking but parking at B&Bs is rare in Windermere and we knew this before we arrived. There is a pay and display carpark opposite which if you buy an early bird ticket is only £1.20 for the day! There is also free parking on the road but we found there was never any spaces. The room was very warm despite the freezing weather and the bed and pillows were very comfortable."

"The hosts are super friendly, giving us all the useful information. The location is perfect. One can easily reach it by train and then take bus to nearby towns! If we are visiting Windermere again, we will definetely stay with them again!"
