Situated in the centre of Whitby, the George Logi has a lively bar with Sky Sports and BT Sport on large screens and several entertainment nights per week. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi in public areas and all rooms. Rooms at the George Bolig are decorated in bright, warm tones. Many come with en-suite bathrooms and all feature a flat-screen TV. hair dryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. The hotelstruktur bar serves a selection of wines and spirits as well as draught ales and fresh ground coffee. A carvery is served every Sunday. Whitby Abbey and Whitby beach are a 10-minute stroll from the gæstehus. Whitby is surrounded by the rugged North York Moors National Park and many stunning coastal walks.

"The bathroom light was on a movement detector. When you are in the shower there wasn't a bathmat and i found it very slippy.The light went off as it couldn't detect any movement. This I found was a bit dangerous having mobility problems. I had to try and open the shower door to activate the light. The bedroom window was frosted so we had no view. It felt like we were in a cupboard."
"Everything about this place is brilliant I go every year. I really can't fault it at all and the Manger is a top bloke he carnt do enough for you all the staff are absolutely brilliant and there breakfast and carvery is 2nd to none."
