"You get a lovely warm welcome, location is excellent for where we wanted to be, and the room was lovely cosy and spotless. Love the fact they have decent coffee not Nescafe as I personally can’t stand that stuff."

"Location was perfect, easily managed to find free parking nearby. Stayed in December so the location was also very quiet. Room was extremely clean, felt spacious but cozy! Amazing value for money!"
"Our only issue was that it took us about 15mins to actually get into the property as the owners had left (despite us giving a 1hr window of arrival which we were bang in the middle of), obviously not a big issue at all, just gave us a fright when we turned up to the address to find the lights all off and our calls went unanswered!"

"Room very clean. Everything I needed was there. Train station wasn’t too far away. Was very close to both beaches and the shops. Plenty of eating places in Llandudno. Nice long Pier to walk on and plenty of seats on the front."

"Lovely and clean room. The beds were very comfy, I think they had a memory foam topper. There was lots of wardrobe space too. The people who owned the villa came in half way and emptied our bins and topped up our tea store"
