"The whole vibe was a treat. A quite location with good water pressure."

"Bathroom needs a little attention. But usable. My other issue was the bed. The iron frame made it hard for me to sleep, as I'm 6'7 and felt caged (couldn't put my feet out the end) For normal sized persons, there wouldn't be an issue."

"The Best Western Ilford Hotel is exceptional. I was there in December last year and now we also stayed in March with my family. Olga, Svitlana, Farah from the Front desk are very friendly and helpful. I don't remember the names but the Kitchen staff and housekeeping were also outstanding and friendly. My family loves to stay here because of this friendly and caring staff. Next visit to London, we will stay here again! Thank you so much for making our journey wonderful every time."
