"The room was clean, bed was super comfy and lady on reception was amazing."
"When I booked our stay I book for a room in the main hotel, when we arrived we were placed in their building over the road. If I had known this I wouldn’t have paid what I did for the room. There is a tiny car park out the front of the hotel but it isn’t enough for the amount of guest and advertises as a car park ok onsite, you have to park in either the car park around the back of the hotel or there’s a car park on Bath street."

"It was a beautiful original building . Spotless and the service impeccable. The staff were all local with lovely Welsh accents something you rarely see these days and although nice receptionist rarely speak perfect English."

"The location of this property is great. Our son lives on Wind Street in Swansea, so it was a very short walk away from him and close to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is set in a lovely old building. Our rooms were in an annex area across the street. The rooms were large, and the bathrooms in particular were lovely, having both a bath and a separate shower. I'd initially ask for our room to be on the ground floor, because I was unsure if the annex rooms would have a lift; they did, so it didn't matter which room we had after that. We stayed for 2 separate nights in 2 different rooms in the annex, and both rooms were great. Both rooms had a coffee machine, which was a bonus. We'll definitely be staying here again."

"The bar area is great, preserving the character of the late Victorian building like the other areas of the hotel. But the enormous television mounted on one wall produced an unwelcome continuous flickering light. And of course no-one wanted to watch the stream of adverts, they just wanted to talk and enjoy their drinks !"
