"Having never stayed in Scarborough I relied on reviews to choose Monico and I wasn’t disappointed. The Monico is well organised and run, with Pete able to answer questions before they are asked – whether it be parking scratchcards or Mongolian Throat Singing CDs, nothing is impossible Breakfast was awesome – thanks Rhona – a great way to start the day If you want to be treated like one of the family I highly recommend the Monico"

"Peter and Rhona were perfect hosts, my room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast had a lovely selection and the full English was fantastic. There is parking on the road outside, but Peter let us put our motorbikes in the secure yard at the rear."

"The breakfast was amazing freshly cooked with great choice. The location was close to the beach, town centre and the cricket ground. The owners Peter and Rhona were friendly and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable - I would highly recommend this Guest house and would stay again 10/10"
