"Disappointing and overpriced. We were given the Red Room which smelt of food in the evening and early morning from the kitchen, had basic furniture and a very small bathroom, albeit with a bath in the bedroom. Very loud persistent noise from plumbing in the next room whenever they used their taps through the evening and early morning. Complete refund as a result but it was disappointing that we had to ask for it in the morning after complaining about the noise the night before"
