"1. It’s the perfect half way point when we visit our son. 2. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and it never disappoints. Comfortable rooms - very private. The bar and restaurant are excellent and the service is friendly and efficient."

"The light up numbers on the heater were annoying as you couldn’t turn it off and it lit up the whole room, and the main room light wasn’t worth turning on which made the room quite dark, which is tricky when you need light."

"The team were so friendly and beyond helpful when we had transport issues. Honestly can't thank them enough. Rooms were beautiful and breakfast was really cute. We are looking to come back again at some point hopefully so we can try a meal in the pub"

"Rooms were very spacious and clean. The shower room was immaculate and the shower superb with a great flow rate. Beds very comfortable with ample cushions pillows provided.The breakfast provided in the room of fresh fruit cereals bread etc was ideal for us as we were out early in the morning. The food in the pub again was very good and ample portions. The wines and ales were very good. On top of this the staff were superb. I highly recommend this establishment. And thank you for a very pleasant stay."
