"The staff were very knowledgeable and willing to help good customer service pleasant and friendly the room was clean . onsuite very good with everything you would need ie. Toiletries provided hair dryer.. tea and coffee facilities and top up for you."

"Everything was as promised while booking ;) thank you for letting us stay. Kettle was really appreciated after whole day in Edinburgh City in cold weather. Towels were super soft and bed very comfortable."

"The room was too small for a double room. The parking on the street was so expansive and the max. hours were 4 hours - from 8.30 to 5.30. Nothing about parking was described on booking page, just that there's parkimg on site. Another downside is the check out 10 am. Check in 3 pm and check out 10 am? It's not fair. You don't need 4 or 5 hours to clean that room... in 30 minites it's well cleaned."
