"I loved that all the necessities were available within the apartment, and the place was really clean. The big windows helped to get some fresh air at night after a hot summer day. It was a short walking distance to the shops and the restaurants in the center of the city. I appreciated my accommodation and I would definitely like to thank my host for my comfortable stay."

"Very quiet, out in the country, but close to the beautiful villages of Issigeac and Villeréal with all amenities, lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The bigger town of Bergerac (train station and airport) is only 20 minutes drive. Quaint, pretty buildings with bags of character, fabulous views and very friendly and helpful owner. Fabulous pool; I didn’t use it because the weather was too chilly for me in May, but in the summer it must be great."

"This newly renovated fisherman's cottage set on the cobblestoned quai with the water view was compact but with everything needed for our stay. The property was very clean, charming and cozy. The upper floor with its skylights was delightful. Beatrice who handed us the keys was a lovely hostess, very helpful punctual and patient. We were pleased to be able to check in early and check out later, that was very well appreciated. The proximity to Vannes, a beautiful town was very convenient. Auray itself is such a charming village. Lots of restaurants and conveniences in walking distance."

"Utterly marvellous! We chose this as it looked deliciously quirky and it was. Met by the owner and provided with a beer & coffee, we were made instantly welcome and the facilities explained and shown to us. The toilets and the inside dining area are separate from the accommodation but there is a patio outside the "room" with table and chairs enabling outside dining and relaxing. There are a number of small home made craft items available to purchase and strongly recommend that you buy at least something to help the owners. Breakfast was marvellous and comes in a hamper and was a lovely way to start the day. If you want somewhere nice, quiet, rural, slightly off the beaten track and different then this is the place. Owners don't really speak English but this is a failing on our side rather than theirs for having a sadly lacking grasp of French! Wonderfully personal and independant."
