"The staff were incredibly helpful and quick at responding when we needed to communicate. The facility was very close to the metro which provided quick access to anywhere we needed to go. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was really clean."
"I didn’t really have any complaints. The stairs to the apartment were a little bit challenging for people who potentially struggle to use them, though I believe there was a lift so really, there was nothing to complain about."

"It was my first time self check in stay in a hotel, but the service was really convenient and user friendly. The room was perfectly designed for three people, even you can cook your own food in the kitchen, you always have access to the customer service which made our stay easier than expected. All in all, we had breakfast included in our reservation and the breakfast boxes were amazing including, bread, croissants, butter fruit, coffee milk, tea and coffee. You just wake up and your breakfast is at the door, incredible 🥳. The location is perfect, very close to Galery Lafayette, Palais Garnier, Louvre Museum and all metro stations. I really recommend this place to stay whenever you want to visit Paris."

"The apartment was very cozy and nice.It was very clean .Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom..The staff was really friendly and carefully and they helped us anytime we needed. The location is great.You can go anywhere you want in15 min.The metro station is 2 min away.Near the Opera and Gallery Lafayette!!"
