"Sophie and the team were great and excellent communication before arriving too. Everyone very accommodating. Perfect location to walk to Chamonix or to all the small villages. Nice food and location stunning. Good ski rental shop at the hotel. Pierre super helpful."

"Location was very good. The staff were excellent, in particular I would like to mention Alexia; she was invaluable in helping us plan our time in Chamonix. Marion (front desk); couldn’t be more helpful in providing information about transport and local area, and Marion (2); who helped us when my son had a ski injury. Being a non French speaking person, these three staff, with their excellent English, were invaluable in helping us plan our time here. Overall the other staff were polite, and always happy to help."

"Would be good to have somewhere to store wet ski gear, avoiding the need to hang in our room. Beds could be more comfortable, perhaps buy some mattress toppers."

"Food was very nice ( eventing leal and breakfast) and the propreté is in a very good location to visit Chamonix with easy parking and a nice walking trail into Town"

"Lunch and evening meal (with wine included) good and plentiful. Pool nice temperature and accessible until 8pm so time for a dip after a day’s hiking."

"Wasn’t ideal that two people came into our room at 1am shouting at us that we were in their room, going through our things and looking for their bags. It was a misunderstanding but rather unfortunate. Got some compensation though. Also some pleasant, but as it turned out very right wing Gideon-evangelical guests, invited us on a trip to a glacier, and then spent the entire hike attempting to impose gay conversion therapy on us and suggested we were in league with the devil. That’s weirdly true. But we can hardly blame the hotel for that… Also, the croissants ran out at breakfast really quickly, so get there 7:30 prompt if you don’t want to miss out!"
