"Beautiful hotel, understated, small, welcoming and everything in detail was done so well. The receptionist booked the local bistro for us to go to dinner which was delicious. We were really interested in the artwork and the receptionist the next day found us a book in the bar about the author, while we had a coffee. 2 min walk down to the restaurants on the quay and the ferry across to Benodet. Just a beautiful area."

"Firstly, a very warm and personable welcome met me at reception. (So busy chatting were we that i never caught the names of the owners.) Help was volunteered and given to get my bag up the three flights in this historic building. I was generously given an adaptor and quite some time was devoted to helping me try to solve an e-mail problem. Storing luggage after check-out was not a problem. The room was immaculate, tastefully and creatively decorated and was very comfortable and homely. I had a wonderful view of the roofs of Avignon intra muros. I was furthermore given an excellent recommendation for eating nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this delightful hotel - a high point of my week."

"Excellent place if you want to stay in Marseille but want to be a bit outside. it’s 20 mins drive to downtown. Very quiet and super nice surroundings. The restaurant is very nice as well, tasty food, huge portions and great service. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful."

"This was such a charming hotel. It's located in an old home so there are so many old charming details ( squeaky floors , and peeling plaster as well- if that matters. I found it very romantic and felt very classically French. We loved how comfortable the bed was. The location was also perfect. Located on a bustling shopping street with a tram, but was perfectly quiet at night."

Sorry to say, I had just expected a nice meal, but this was far above expectations and really delicious! So I do recommend you to eat there."
