"Nice spacious apartment, good location, responsive host. Good wifi, well equipped kitchen. Amazing views from balcony."

"I had bad luck and I didnt have hot water during my stay. Host was trying to fix it, but as my stay was short, i was already leaving. He offered me compensation for next stay, which is well appreciated. These things can happen and only because of this i had to give 9, instead of 10 :)"

"Great location, impressive historic building, lovely comfortable apartment with all the required facilities. Laurent was the perfect host, and available to answer any questions or provide information on the area by text if needed."

"Nothing. All good."

"The apartment is easy to reach from where we were dropped off in Monaco, the host kindly made every effort and we checked in earlier than we should have which after an early flight was great. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is modern and well equiped and we had a lovely sea view, keys in a keybox and by the time we had arrived we had the code to get into the building and the apartment it was seamless and easy. Laurent kept in touch with us without being intrusive and nothing was too much trouble for him.I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be close to Monaco without paying Monaco prices, there is also a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes away handy for getting essentials like wine and milk. Thank you Laurent for a lovely stay"

"Nothing Laurent had thought of everything."
