"Ideal location in Vichy for independent travelers between the station and town centre and it is a charming town. A friendly welcome awaited us as the Trianon was being upgraded and owner was most helpful with suggestions of where to go, eat etc. It was a quiet, comfortable, unpretentious hotel which served a good continental breakfast. To be recommended we really enjoyed our three-night stay."

The stylish interior perfectly reflects the authentic French spirit of an old, elegant building, making it a truly unique and memorable place. The owner was fantastic — he kindly waited for us after our long journey, as we arrived later than planned, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, and beautifully presented, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel is also exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. Thanks to this experience, we felt immediately at home in Vichy. Highly recommended!"

"Very good breakfast. Clean & tidy area looked after meticulously by a designated member of staff. Choice of 2 juices, cold meat and vacuum packed processed cheese. Loved the baguette!!!! Loved the pots of yoghurt. I think the milk to go with the cereal was skimmed. White water. Didn't like that. Croissants very good, and butter available for the bread. Very comfortable bed in a very small bedroom Bathroom very clean. Excellent."

"Location - perfect for stopover, close to the highway, breakfast, Wi-Fi, room. The room was overlooking the highway, but when the windows are closed, no noise can be heard! So, it is quiet. The parking is ample and free!"
