"The only thing that let this property down slightly was the lack of smaller things. There were no laundry tablets, no cooking items at all (kitchen towel/salt/pepper/oil etc.) Every other place we stayed in had these items. We would still go back but those small touches make a difference."

"The place was beautiful, clean and lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and I enjoyed cooking in it. The host graciously allowed us to check in early which was a great relief as we had been cycling in the rain to get there, and really appreciated the warm showers and cups of tea once we got there."

"Great location for the centre of the town of Angers. Very comfortable accommodation easy to find close to cathedral. Furnishings are very chic and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need for preparing and cooking a meal Would highly recommend for a visit to Angers. Very clean and safe city most of attractions are within walking distance from the accommodation. Especially the cathedral and château."

"Ideally located for easy access to the city centre. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Loved being so close to the cathedral, with the sound of the bells."

"Only downside was the lack of parking. Parking in the city was at a premium, due to the temporary closure of the main city car park for an upcoming event. People were parking anywhere they could. Eventually found free on-street parking around fifteen minutes walk from the apartment."

"Central location. Two televisions; the one in the bedroom had Netflix and YouTube."

"Advice on parking would have been very helpful. I am sure many visitors arrive by car, but they seem to be left to their own devices with no advice or suggestions. We were lucky we found a free parking spot on Rue de la Poissonnerie, but it was quite a trek to the accommodation from there. I recommend providing a handtowel; I don't know why some establishments don't provide one."

"An unfortunate mix meant that when we arrived our room was not clean. We contacted the host and was moved to another room straight away. A planning mix up. Parking is difficult but there were plenty of spaces in nearest underground car park 5 mins walk away."

"The apartment was stunning. It had everything one would need plus more. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was cosy and warm. It is perfectly situated in Angers in the ancient quarter yet right next door to downtown. In other words access to history, monuments and restaurants are all on the doorstep. Superb!"

"Parking was an issue. In retrospect it would have been advantageous to have dropped off our luggage and parked the car in a multi storey car park for our 3 day stay instead of using the easy park pay meters at Place Frappel. We used the easy park ap which was not easy to use and consequently overcharged us by quite a lot. Twice the amount recommended on the meter."
