"The apartment is very clean, cosy and calm. Wi-Fi is fast and you can be sure in connection if you are staying for the work. Kitchen is well-equipped. You cab easy get to Paris and there 2 big shops close to the location. The host was very assisting, the hospitality and personality incredibly impressed me. "Very clean and well equipped studio, with all that I needed. I really enjoyed having my own space. Good communication with the owner who was always ready to answer my questions. The RER station is 25 Minutes by foot or 15 minutes by bus. A Lidl is only 10 minutes away."
"The stairs were very challenging, especially for coming down. On the photo they seemed less steep. As other mentioned - the walls are thin and you can hear conversations and the television of the neighbours even in the middle of the night."

"Me parece muy feo que el dueño del Airbnb pida un monto por si uno rompe o daña algo, en Colombia no se usa PayPal y el señor solo recibía por este lado, usar PayPal para mi es malísimo porque perdí dinero en conversiones y comisiones, y el señor indicaba que si no se le pasaba el dinero no nos daba las llaves (a pesar de ya tener la reserva paga)"

"Bed was very comfortable, close to train station and monuments, great location. Clean and cozy, with nice facilities for warm or cold weather along with a lovely big window that opens all the way. The room felt bigger than the pictures. Nanny bag is available in a nearby store (booking online) if early bag drop off is not an option."

"Exactly like the pictures!! The host had brilliant replies replying to me through phone calls for immediate responses. Also the place is exactly as described bedroom is lovely and is situated right in the midst of a town with supermarkets, pharmacies and fast food chains.10/10 experience"

"Check in da remoto. Quindi meno vincolante nell'orario di arrivo. L'appartamento, al secondo piano senza ascensore (che secondo me andrebbe sempre segnalato), si trova in zona pedonale. Raggiungibili a piedi tutti i servizi, è pieno di ristorantini e la cittadina di Livry è decisamente carina e vivace. Centro di Parigi raggiungibile con la RER o un ottimo servizio Uber che funziona benissimo a prezzi decisamente convenienti"

"Apartment is very beautiful, modern and comfortable. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and within 3 minutes walk from the super market and the bakery. All the amenities you need are nearby but at the same time it is very peaceful. The neighbourhood seemed very safe. The host is very friendly and kind. We were allowed to access the property 2 hours earlier. It really helped us as we had to leave our apartment in Dieppe at 11 and arrived in Rouen at 1. We had an amazing stay. Rouen is absolutely magical. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book this apartment when we visit Rouen again. Thank you very much"
