"Fantastic location, high up on the mountainside with a garden to eat food in and free private parking. This feels so peaceful, it’s next to a fantastic restaurant overlooking the lake and close to where the paragliders take off."

"It met my expectation of staying right under the Montmin flying site. Restaurants nearby and gift shops. Day and night view are fantastic. Reception from the host, even with langage barrier, was fantastic! If you fly paraglider, is a 20 minutes hike uphill to make the ramp. During flying season it will be no problem getting back up again."

"De groene omgeving in de bergen. Het moderne, schone appartement met de nodige voorzieningen. De rust en stilte in de studio. De barbecue in de tuin en vele zitplekken, zodat je altijd een plekje in de schaduw en zon hebt. Het uitzichtpunt op loopafstand."
"Het verblijf zit op de col de la Forclaz, dus op een bergtop. Hier zitten maar een paar (toeristische) faciliteiten. Voor alle overige activiteiten en faciliteiten, zoals Lac d’Annecy, moet je dus 20 minuten met jouw auto naar beneden (en weer terug). Wees je hiervan bewust! Ook is het wat druk en toeristisch rondom het verblijf, maar daar heb je niet veel last van in de tuin. In het verblijf is het muisstil."

"The apartment was very tastefully done. The location is 10 to 15 mins off Annecy but quiet, peaceful surroundings. Loved the hosts, they were very warm and welcoming. The only issue was on site parking. We got it eventually, but it was a bit of a fight."
"Nous avons tt aimé, logement très chaleureux et bien équipé avec des produits de qualités ( machine à laver, sèche linge, lave vaisselles, grille pain, machine à café….. canon) La navette se situe juste en face de l’appartement. Séjour au top L’agence qui gère l’appartement est également aux petits soins et très réactive. Une chromecast aurait été un plus pour pouvoir caster ses appli de façon simple🤩"

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre fils. La maison est très agréable et est très bien située par rapport aux différents sites touristiques. Elle est au calme, ce qui nous a permis de dormir avec les volets fermés et les fenêtres ouvertes (pour la fraicheure de la nuit). La piscine est agréable et bien exposée."

"A truly fantastic apartment at the very heart of the city center. It is within walking distance to all the Paris attractions, close to bars and restaurants and yet on a narrow quiet street. The place offers all the necessary amenities and the ensuite bathrooms give the group all the privacy and comfort of separate hotel rooms. The easy unlocking with a code made it possible for all of us to come and go at different times, if needed, without exchanging keys."
