"Few cleaning materials provided. Needs vacuum cleaner. Dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. Could do with some newer kitchen items. At this time of year very little opportunity to eat out, especially on a Sunday, so needed to cook."

"Amazing little apartment in the middle of town, I loved it! The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was super comfy, and the apartment was a delight. I arrived in town on a big bike trip, and this was the perfect place to stay. Some fantastic bakeries are around the corner as well."

"Très bonne communication avant, pendant et après le séjour. Accueil très gentil de la part de Chantal. Le logement correspond à nos attentes : on ne peut pas être plus proche du centre de Jarnac et donc, du départ du Marathon du Cognac. Parfait pour vous y rendre début novembre justement à cette occasion."

"Il est vrai que l'évier dans la salle de douche (tout comme la pièce elle-même) est petit ; il est vrai aussi qu'il n'y a pas bcp de couverts. Mais tout est là pour passer un séjour agréable à Jarnac. Le seul vrai bémol reste la ventilation du restaurant juste en face du logement, c'est un bruit sourd qu'il faut accepter entre 7h et 23h."

"Nous avons bien été accueillis par Chantal qui était très arrangeante. Le studio est spacieux. Nous sommes restés 6 jours et avons donc apprécié d'avoir un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur avec partie congélateur."
