"The property was in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit, and close to alot of shops. Upon arrival, Christine met us and explained how to get in and access the parking space, as well as showed us the room. She was very professional and accomodating. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, the beds ( the double and sofa bed) were very comfy. Will definitely come back again. Check out was straight forward."

"Stunning apartment. Thoughtful and friendly owner Christine showed me how everything works. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very good wifi. The building is very secure and I liked the location, only 20 / 25 mins by foot from the train station. Tram stop is closeby. I didn't use as walked everywhere. Highly recommend."

"Apartment is a short walk from 2 tram stations, T1 and T3. You can see the 13 floors building from the tram stations. Less than 10 minutes to the main train station. Caen is a good base to explore Normandy. We used the bus 2 days to sightsee Honfleur and Caen. Then rented car at the train station for 3 days. The apartment is spic and span clean. Kitchen is very big and has all essentials for making meals, nice dishes and new pots. Washing machine and dishwasher work well. Apartment has nice view of the city. Christine is very nice and she waited for us upon arrival. Parking is very easy."

"Scaffolding was around the building during our stay so we had views of city through the scaffolding. Once in awhile there were very rude, loud motorcycles driving by with screeching noise. Christine walked us to the garage but we forgot the way around so get lost at the beginning. Perhaps she can draw a map for future guests."
