"We truly enjoyed staying in this apartment for 9 nights; everything was simply perfect! The location is very convenient: the Louvre and Notre Dame are a 10-minute walk away, and all the main attractions are also within walking distance. We walked everywhere, enjoying the views of Paris. We took the train only to Versailles, but Saint-Michel station is also nearby. The apartment is very well-equipped: a kitchen, bathroom, and electric radiators under the windows that you can set the desired temperature. The bed in the bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and a very comfortable fold-out sofa in the living room. Everything was beyond praise! No complaints. The manager responded immediately to any question. Thanks to manager Maxim for his help! We will definitely stay there again next time!"

"Everything was perfect! The apartment is in the best location — close to everything and super convenient for exploring Paris. The place was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The manager was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment is located in the most beautiful neighborhood of Paris. You can visit a lot of important monuments, museums and other highlights by foot. You can wander around the atmospheric neighborhood of Saint Germain and enjoy everything that magical Paris has to offer. The landlord gave us very useful information about anything important. The apartment is very cozy and fully equipped and furnished. In a future visit to Paris I will certainly chose the same place to stay!"

"Great space, lounge and table and chairs and nicely renovated bathroom and kitchen. Lovely view over the cute street . Very quiet too . Love this part of Paris and great location for museums and food. The instructions were great for entry into the place as our plane was a late flight. Very easy to follow . Great heating system."

"The bed was a bit shaky I think the base at the head of the bed was a bit temporary by the look of it. Something wrapped in black plastic?? The valance on the base looked like it was on upside down. The wardrobe was untidy with stuff shoved in it. The new bathroom is lovely but the apartments across the street would be able to see in especially with the light on . The tap on the kitchen sink was not secure but didn’t seem to effect it function."

"The location was fabulous - we were so close to the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Metro. The street it was on were clean, felt safe and had a lot of restaurants. The apartment was modern, clean, comfy beds and warm. Facilities were great. We really enjoyed our stay and were thankful we had chosen to stay there."

"The room could use darker curtains at night as it was quite bright with street lighting when you were trying to sleep."

"The apartment was in an excellent location, perfect for a couple or small family. Plenty of clean towels, the hairdryer came in handy. Large bathroom and very spacious shower was nice. We enjoyed the pullout sofa bed in the living room and watching Netflix in the evening."

"location was excellent. Washer was very useful. Bathroom was clean. Towel warmers were very much appreciated! Sofabed was appreciated."

"There is a hole in the street-facing window to vent an AC unit. The "plug" did not fit the whole properly and thus was open to the weather and noise. Especially the street noise! I reported it and the response was "cover it with a piece of fabric". Like I have an extra "piece of fabric" with me, and that would not do the trick. I didn't expect an immediate repair, but a little compassion would have been nice. Thus, it was noisy sleeping every night as the location is on a busy street."
