"Getting information about check in was left to the last minute. I had to contact the property several times before receiving any information. The apartment is nice and clean but e.g. lamps and electricity would need fixing."

"The stay was quite cosy. The heat was ok when we got there. We were a group of 5 adults and we could move around easily. The location is perfect. Close to many supermarkets, pharmacies, boulangerie (one right downstairs). Traveling was so easy to major attractions."

"Communication is still an issue. We wanted a later check out, but the host just doesn't respond to messages on booking.com. There are no lifts, but this is common in Europe."

"Two big bedrooms, suitable for bigger groups, quite in the city center. Metro station and bus stops a couple of minutes distance. Easy check in process. Clean. Restaurants, coffee shops around. Recommended."

"The location was great with the Nation train station nearby along with plenty of restaurants, a boulangerie 1 minute away and a supermarket 5 mins away :-) We used the metro to get to the Paris attractions and the RER to get to Disneyland - both worked really well although tickets for the Metro can be a bit of a challenge as you need to either buy 10 at a time or ensure you enter a station where there’s a machine to buy them… The apartment was spacious and the beds comfortable. The internet worked really well and the washer/dryer was a bonus although it would have been good to have the instructions."

"In France but no wine glasses….weird!!! No cups or mugs for tea either.. The freezer box of the fridge was unusable and needed defrosting. Instructions for using the multi function microwave would have been useful. Communication was pretty non existent and messages through Booking.com going unanswered. We had to call them on the day of check in to get the access instructions!!"

"There was no answer from the property when we will get the instructions to get in. On the day of our arrivel I wrote in the booking app in the morning, then sms, but no answer. We finally get these in the afternoon of our arrivel, which got us a bit worried if we at all have a reservation. It would be nice to comunicate more, just let guests know when to expect the instructions."

"Traditional French apartment with great facilities close by. Perfect for our family to spread out. Very close to National Metro handy for travel incl Eurodisney. The washing machine was great to do laundry."
