Located in Corsica, Residence Canella is a 5-minute drive from Solenzara's city centre and 800 metres from the Canella beach. "This was a hidden oasis where we stayed on our journey between the Loire Valley and Dijon. Such a beautiful French house and garden - it was truly relaxing and felt more like you were a welcome guest in a friend's home. The French owner, Maria, was very welcoming and lovely, and with my schoolgirl French (and the occasional reference to google translate) we were able to communicate well. We had requested ahead of time to book dinner and it was really delicious - homemade soup, bread, and beef bourguignon."

"Very chic accommodation. Typically French style with oak floorboards, stone steps and traditional decor. It is an aged house with small windows and shutters. Certainly not the type you would come regularly but beauty in its own right. The dinner was first class as was the breakfast"
