"Appartement à proximité du tram, de la gare et de la rue commerçante de Nice. La promenade est à une dizaine a pied ce qui permet de bien profiter de la ville sans prendre la voiture."

"The apartment is well furnished with everything you need for your stay, including a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, outside area for dining, and the pictures are exactly like what you find in it. Don't get scared by the very dodgy looking exterior of the building (I guess all the tenants have to agree to change it, and don't?), the apartment is very nice. Good bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Good wifi and cable TV. Great location, near the beach and the city center, and about 20 minutes walk from the train station."
