My Nice BnB

"We were 3 people (one double bed and one single). The room is very well located, walking distance to the train station, the tram, the main landmarks in the city, and the beach (around 20 min). Beds were comfortable and there was enough space for 3 people. There was a little fridge and a kettle. Fair price for being Nice, its location and comfort."

"We were not allowed to check in 20 minutes earlier even when the room was ready. We had a problem with the toilet flush and we asked for help to the woman who was cleaning the rooms (who spoke French only). We opened the window and we couldn't close it again, as the edges were not matching. There is a little reception but no one was ever there. Communication with the host was really bad."

"Excellent location for visiting the city. The host was kind in communication. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the heating was excellent. I recommend it."

"Only the room is too small, but it was enough for us."

"The shower did not stay hot after a while and the curtains did not cover the light"

"Good location, close to the train station and to the main shopping street, and walking distance to the old town. Clean and well fournished, the shower it’s great."

"The curtains were not enough to cover the light from the street at night."

"Very easy check in... room was compact, clean and comfortable ."

"The room was a fair price for 3 people and the bedding was nice. The area was good as was location.. Really powerful shower. We would stay again"

"When you enter the building there is no instructions on where to go so we we rang the contact who said there was a reception. It turns out the reception is up a couple of flights of stairs. Would be a good idea for the instructions to include this. No spoon for use with cups Lovely big shower, however attention is needed cleaning the grout areas"
