"The house is full of character and history but the room had modern heating, a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We also really enjoyed our breakfast and chat to the host in the grand but not imposing dining room. We only stayed one night but the town and surrounds we saw on the way out made us wish we were staying longer."

"It is a charming and beautifully refurbished rural French mansion. Charles curates his ongoing project with much care and passion. We especially liked the human experience, as we were welcomed personally by Charles, who is a perfect host, discreet, and also always a message away. We had a great chat at breakfast while having our fingers deep in Charles' homemade jams!"

"We teleworked from this location, and it counts with everything needed: great internet connection, plugs everywhere around the house, spacious dinner table to work at. There is also a terrace with a sun blocker where you can also work. Very nice location (very relax area). Near very beautiful towns (reachable by car) Manu and Sandrine were very kind and concerned about everything"

"The home is in a lovely, quiet village, but all the facilities you might need [restaurant, boulangerie etc] are just 3km away in Thiberville. The living space was really nice... well appointed and nicely decorated. Communication with Angelique was easy and clear."

"The apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean, well located just moments from the centre of town and near everything you might need. Being able to prepare meals in the kitchen and do a load of washing was fantastic. A few minutes walk to shops, banks, eateries and the beach. Also very quiet and a nice balcony for enjoying meals overlooking the Ferris wheel. Both the building and apartment are very secure and perfect for anyone seeking a home like environment, particularly any single female travellers."
